My First Repurpose Outfit
I have been inspired by my friend Ashley ( from make it love it)
I used a old shirt of mine to make the skirt and accessories. KD's shirt was a turtle neck that she never wore and was a little short. I cut the neck off, and stretched it and sewed it onto the bottom of her shirt. There you have it.
